The best creatine ive tried.

I have tried many different types of creatine over the years and this is definately one of the better ones. It mixes well and has no taste so you can basically mix it with anything. I also have not suffered from any side effects with this creatine like bloating or cramping etc so its clearly good quality.

Now the most important part. Does it work? For me it worked wonders. I put on a good 3lb of mass in just 2 months. Granted most of that will be just water weight from the creatine but it definately Improved the amount of sets and reps I could do for just about every exercise. My strength and endurance massively improved and this was just taking 1 x 3g scoop per day. I take just 1 scoop directly AFTER my workout mixed into my protien shake.

(Quick tip)
Mix it in warm water NOT cold and it will instantly desolve leaving no floaters or clumps.

(Quick tip 2)
You only need to take 1 scoop per day. 1 scoop is only about 3-4g but that is actually a lot of creatine and no you DO NOT need to do a loading phase. They tell you this so that you use more and therefore need to buy it more. Just take 1 scoop per day and your good to go 👍

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO SOME RESEARCH.

YOU MIGHT AS WELL HAVE A SWEEP UP AMD A BUILDING SITE. AND PUT THAT IN YOUR BODY EVERYDAY. THIS COULD BE JUST THAT, BRICK DUST.

JUST LOOK INTO BATCH AND EXPIRY DATES TO START WITH......

Good stuff but the amount that was in it wasnt right, only half full, what is that about. Cant fault the product, I've read on other reviews about the seal broken and half full, sort it out. 3 stars for that but won't buy again because of this issue.

I just ordered this and have taken it for one day. It's my first time trying it. I understand there is a loading period where i must take it regularly for my muscles to reach the stage where they are saturated and it will begin to take effect and then i reduce to a regular maintainance dose.
So far all i can say it, it dissolves perfectly. It is excellent value for money with 88 doses for just over £6. I have tried it with orange juice and a watermelon BCAA drink. I could just barely notice a chemical kind of taste, not very unpleasant. I drank it down in 3 big gulps! You may want to tried the flavoured version. I would definitely say mix it with a strong pleasant tasting drink to hide the taste. I wasn't expecting any taste at all as it is unflavoured so obviously just a natural chemical kind of taste.

I will know in a month's time whether it is working once i begin my weight training. I will update this then.

i do like this as 4 weeks in i started to see some progress but when i started using it, it brings all your spots out on your face for some reason, it has kind of gone down but there is 5x the amount of spots I had

I've bought this product a few times and the creatine always comes charged, so every time I pull a scoop out, it blasts my room with a fine white powder, which is not exactly a look I'm going for. This isn't exactly the manufacturers fault, but if you're going to buy creatine, just buy creatine pills. The powder isn't worth the trouble
