After reading lots of scary reviews and positive reviews I decided to go with it. I did a patch test and left it for 5 mins and no hair removal, but no reaction at least. So the next day I went for it, a Brazilian leaving only the 'landing strip'. I left it for 9mins as I know I do have quite stubborn hair and ended up with all hair removed and a very smooth result. I would say I have quite sensitive skin, so I did have some stinging after using the product, but I figure I have stinging after a wax as I have quite sensitive skin, so I put some vaseline over my foof to ease the stinging and wore no knickers for the evening and night, and the next day all was good! :)

So this is supposed to be suitable for the bikini region AND for sensitive skin. Now I don’t know what sand paper skin Karen’s this has been tested on but I tell you now this is NOT okay for your hooha!!
So, I proceeded as instructed by the box, applied a nice thick layer on my snake charmer and sat on the side of the bath to wait. As a few minutes pass it’s starts to tingle a little, I think nothing of it and carry on dreaming of the smooth noony I will soon have.
I chose to wait closer to 10 minutes as I wanted the best possible result. This is a decision I was about to regret.
At approximately 8 minutes after application this is when my poor baby shoot was literally screaming at me.
I hop in the bath and start frantically scrubbing this devil cream off my precious little lady.
SHE IS ON FIRE, THE DEVIL HIMSELF WOULD TELL YOU THIS STUFF IS CRUEL.
Now I’m freaking out, my wooha is burned to the bone and this cream is the reason I will now forever value a good razor.
I’m out of the bath slapping handfuls of nivea on my noony telling her I’m sorry and it’s going to be okay.
I lied to her, all is not okay.
God himself is about to see me walk up to the gates because I swear I’m dying.
I’m sat writing this review with a pack of frozen peas in a place peas should never be.
So unless I have skin more sensitive then sally herself this is NOT OKAY FOR SENSITIVE SKIN!

This was great everywhere except my underarms, had it on for less than like 2 minutes and now Iv had to be treated for burns!!!!

The skin on my underarms is gone and will take weeks to repair, I can’t use any form of deodorant or perfume or powder and now have to keep women’s pads under there to try and keep my arms dry to avoid infection.

Mortified!

Worked great on my intimate area (done before my arms) and even worked on stubborn leg hair! But please pleas please do not use this on your under arms!

I followed the instructions and had done a patch test, which was fine, but when I used the product fully it removed a large strip of skin- 3 inches long by half inch wide. The product clearly works inconsistently on the skin even in the same body area. I had to get the area dressed professionally just what you want the day before you go on holiday. I was unable to swim until the area fully healed. I would strongly advise against using this product.

I've been using it for more than a year, but this is the first time for leaving a review. Because I think it's too public and doesn't need more review for others. This is the side of my leg (bikini area but not rude photo don't worry lol). Seems I am highly allergic to this despite it being for sensitive skin and leaving on for the recommended time frame. I've spent the last 24 hours in absolute agony, bleeding, red hot and barely able to walk. Would not recommended for anyone who has actual proper sensitive skin. Don't ge the wrong, the hair was removed a treat however half my skin was also removed in the process. Partner disappointed as I've placed a ban on any kind of southerly activities until my epidermis doesn't look like its been sandpapered by an apprentice wood shop worker.

**Update**
It has been 4 long days since using your product and the skin is now infected where it was the most badly damaged. I now have puss leaking onto my undies which smells gross. I have been cleaning it but if it doesn't get any better it will be a trip to the doctors on Monday, not embarrassing at all!

It didn’t work at all!!

I used this product on my bikini area and nothing happened. I left it for 10 minutes (as instructed) and it didn’t remove any hair. I previously read a review that explained leaving the cream on for a little longer did the trick. I waited five more minutes, my hairs remained the same. I’m left with irritated skin (I do agree that this is my fault due to leaving it on too long). I do not recommend this product to people with thick hair as it won’t do anything!!

Works well but smells a bit

I've used regular Veet for sensitive skin before on the bikini area and got some a little too close to sensitive spots and it burnt. This has happened using the spatula and finding it awkward.
I've also used the spray on and whilst it's just so easy, it also tends to go everywhere.
This tube with it's domed top allows you to squeeze the tube whilst you run it over your skin....so much easier to get into the curve of the leg joint without scratching and then you just wait your five minutes and do a test then wait some more if you need to.
I have several sponges and spatulas left over from previous purchases so use both as I see fit. I do tend to find the sponges easier though again as they go into curves without scratching.
I always get good results and would class myself as fairly stubborn coarse hair type.
The one downside of this is the smell, you're never going to get a really nice smell due to the chemicals involved but this one doesn't seem to mask them quite as well. It's not unbearable but it isn't pleasant.

I have always had a problem with hair on my bikini area. As my hair is very stubborn I decided to purchase this as a an alternative to shaving. The product does remove the hair but I had to leave it for 15 minutes for it to really work. Even then you could still see you hair roots ( black dots) but it did leave me with smooth skin. I would only suggest the product for people with light and thin hair.

I bought this as an alternative to shaving for my holiday. I have lightish hairs which aren't thick or harsh so I stupidly expected the cream to work well and would leave my skin smoother for longer in comparison to a razor shave. I left the cream on for exactly 10 minutes and only a few hairs came out with the spatula upon removal. I ended up having to use my razor anyway. Complete waste of a 10 minute wait for the cream to 'work' and waste of money. Might as well have bought new razors. I wouldn't waste your money buying this cream
