Best product ever

Simply the best product ever for my hair ; i am so glad i bought this one after a recommendation from my hairdresser ; i have thin frizzy hair, so let's say it's quite a fight to get them straight with blow dry and straightener ; but since i have been using this one (you apply it after your shower, on wet hair, just before blow dry), my hair are miraculously behaving and it's so much easier to shape them ; the effect will last until I wash my hair 3 days later (unless my hair get wet ). I strongly recommend this product!!!!

Great but lid broke

This product was reccomended to me by my hairdresser as top, however his price was obviously out of my budget so I ordered it here instead. I guess it's working, although it's hard to tell so soon. It has a particular scent to it that I like, some people though may find it a bit acid. Super easy to use and doesn't leave grease or anything on your hair.
The 3 star review however is due to the fact that after using it a few times, I tried to screw the lid back on, and the little part on the bottom snapped and I wasn't able to glue it back together. So now I have no lid and the tube is still full...
Plus when contacted the seller, they said they don't do replacement products and they wouldn't issue a refund unless I returned the damaged item, which is just a big fuss for me and I chose to leave things there. Not great customer service.

My favorite hair product! I have extremely burned my hair after bleaching, the top part of my scalp completely broke off. My hairdresser has recommended this product and I love it. I am using it for two years now. I used to have a lot of split ends that would break off while brushing, however, this product creates a layer on the hair, that makes it a lot stronger and has helped it to grow a lot! I will continue to use it :) It smells great is not sticky, protects from the heat damage too. :)

This products is amazing and does what it says.
I have been using this product for years but then in lockdown ran out and got it from here.
Some comments from other people about the lid breaking.
This is a manufacturing issue and they have been having it for some time. (I’m a hairdresser and worked in a kerastase salon) we complained several times to them and they are aware of the issue.

My box was damaged but the product wasn’t so I was fine with that as it wasn’t a present.

This product is recommended for treated hair. I have permed hair. This product absolutely does what it says on the packet. I also use the shampoo and conditioner, and occasionally the hair pack, from this range and I get perfect results every time. Don't comb your hair when you apply the conditioner. Wait until you apply the Ciment Thermique and you'll find your WIDE TOOTH comb will just glide through your hair. I also use 2-3 pumps from the bottle of the Kerastase Elixir Ultime together with the Ciment Thermique. I put them both on my hand together and blend them slightly and apply to towel-dried hair. I have been through so many different products over the years on my tinted/permed hair and I always end up coming back to Kerastase becasue the products are far superior for preventing dried out frizzy hair and for keeping my hair looking healthy.

I have frizzy hair that tends to get even frizzier due to the UK weather. I tried everything to tame it, including using a straightening iron every single day, which obviously caused more damage and more frizziness consequently. This cream however is a game changer. It really helped my hair, all I do is apply the cream before blow-drying and my hair is soft and free of frizz for days! The price is a little much, but it's totally worth it!

Will never be without this... ever! I’ve recommended this to two of my friends who both swear by it too. I use this in combination with Redken supreme anti snap. Use about 6/7 pumps for my waist length thick curly hair first then about a £2 size dollop of this work it through and then rough dry and finish with god straighteners. My hairdresser can’t believe the condition of my hair!
