The containers are quite large, not pocket sized like Otrivine. They are 100ml which should last for a good couple of months. they are diffused sea water, but are not "salty" as you would imagine, they do the trick as I have quite bad sinusitis and have to use a nasal decongestant around 3/4 times a day, however, with this Sterimar product I am down to first thing in the morning and then at bed time.

So, don’t get me wrong here, the product itself is fine, and have used this brand a lot and it really helps.
The issue is that the picture is the Hayfever and Allergy relief...... but that is not what arrived. Concerns were immediate after making the order that the picture in “my orders” was different, but the link kept taking me back to this item.... fair enough. But low and behold what arrived was the “breathe easy” sprays.

I will still use them as for me at least, they will do the job, but for those who need the allergy and hayfever one, I’d suggest shop elsewhere to ensure you get what you need

This product does help a stuffy nose. I have given it 4 stars out of 5 as I prefer the hay fever/ allergy Sterimar. Taking the plastic top off can by awkward. In the past I have damaged the spray nozzle underneath the plastic top as the fit is so snug I pulled both off together making the item unusable. I wouldn’t want to be without this spray though as it does ease congestion

I have suffered for years with stuffy sinuses Gp prescribed steroid nasal spray which did little to help.
Now using saline nasal spray morning and night seems to do the trick and no nasty chemicals. Will definitely be back for more soon.

Cloggy Nose Beware!

Does work but if your nose is very clogged the water comes out the way it went in. If very clogged you need (& this seems unpleasant) to push the nossal into the mucas before squirting then obviously clean it. The mucas will loosen & dissolve to some extent but at least you can blow your nose. Distinctly salty flavour.

easier than boiling up water and salts but ultimately it doesn't last long. Needed to use this following a nose operation (NHS wouldn't supply enough of them). Each one lasted 3-4 days so it ends up an expensive solution. If you've got the time / space in the fridge to store, suggest you look at buying the nasal baths that require you to boil up water and then store it in the fridge until used.............a lot cheaper.
