If you are reading this i am guessing that, like me, you have a smelly dried pee smell in your home that you can't remove. This stale urine smell in my home is from two things, an elderly family member and a sheepdog that loves to constantly mark his scent all over the house and garden (the dog, not the family member!)
i looked long and hard in several shops and online for a permanent solution to the ever worsening stink, i tried all the recommendations folks suggested, such as; vinegar, bicarbonate of soda, pure alcohol, laundry powder, fabric fresheners, enzyme cleaners etc etc. They don't get rid of the smell, trust me i spent a lot of time hassle and money and it won't change a thing except your bank balance. I'll explain why and resolve your problem....
This product left a very strong smell of anti bacterial cleanliness and i was really happy......for about 10 days and the smell came back again. Basically this product and all that stuff listed above is the same. the smell gets deeply saturated into carpets and rugs and will never go away until the carpet and often also the backing fibres and underlay are fully and completely saturated with medical anti bacterial liquid that change the bacteria composition that causes the smell. Buying this product will not work as you only have a small bottle that frankly, is very expensive and did ZERO anyway. I saturated the 4 areas that were worst with this product and it did nothing except mask the odour for a week.........you meed to completely drown out the bacteria but one or two or five or ten bottles of this are very expensive....so folks here is the solution to the stale ugly offensive smell in your house........Go to Poundland, grab several bottles of Dettol Anti Bacterial antiseptic disinfectant that cost a deliciously affordable 50 pence each (as of today February 2022 i grabbed another two yesterday in fact) and spray or pour a bottle on every area that stinks. I could afford to at that price to treat each individual area and guess what? the smell has actually, finally, blissfully gone and has not come back. weeks have passed. Trust me, save your money and get to poundland. It really worked for me.
