Having suffered for many years with sinus problems, I have found that Sudafed is the only product that will unblock my nose. The only downside to this is that I have built up an addiction to it in the sense that I need to use it several times a day. The product does say not to use more than 3 days however, I have used it for several years.

IT WORKS BUT CAUSES MORE PROBLEM IN THE LONG RUN

I bought this never having used nasal spray before. At first, I was shocked at how well it works, I would spray it then 3 mins later id blow my nose and it would be unblocked and be unblocked for 10hours. Then almost every time immediately after the 10hour mark, I would have a blocked nose again. But this time blocked in a way that was way worse than before as if I cannot breathe a single air particle can go up my nose. I decided to stop using it after 3 days and my nose is now slowly unblocking on its own.

This is how people become dependent on nasal spray. it would have been better if I just had waited my blocked nose out. Now I've had a block nose for 4 days in a row when it would have never lasted this long.
So avoid!!! look up videos on exercises to do that unblocks your nose on youtube.

I'm addicted to Sudafed nose spray! This is the only product that opens up my nose instantly. I know it shouldn't be used for more than 3 days but I have literally been using it for years and unfortunately can't get rid of the habit! Great product great price!

I love this product! I’ve suffered from bad hay fever for years, and haven’t found many reliefs for it. Most can say that having a blocked nose is miserable, can’t breathe, barely taste anything and sleeping is a nightmare!! But all of that was fixed when I used this!
Super easy to use, and it’s effects are immediate!
I thought it would be sore and uncomfortable but I don’t feel a thing when I use it.
Clears my nose for hours and now I can breathe completely through my nose and get a decent night’s sleep!

Had really bad sinus pain for a few days when visiting the partners parents. As to not ruin the trip, and this being the first time its happened, had a look online to see what was recommended. For £3 I gave it a shot given the reviews and being a bit sceptical. But no joke, one squirt and it was enough for completely clear sinuses and nose for the whole day, couldn't believe it. Used it 3 times over 3 days, one squirt up each snout at around 10am and it saw me through the rest of the day and into a nice sleep at the end of the day. Definately keeping this on hand for any issues in future, but not overusing it given the stories of addiction. Only used it for those 3 days so far and its definately one I'm keeping in the house hold med bag for future, given that sinus issues run in the family!

I have lost 17kg, changed my diet, I am exercising a lot, not drinking alcohol at all, using nasal spray, throat spray, anti snoring ring, rinsing my sinuses once a day, using humidifier and air purifier and it is much better, but it is hard to say what is the % success of this thing.

The best nasal spray for heavily blocked nose, I have been through so many different brands but my sister recommended me this as we all suffer throughout the year, but this clears the passage within seconds, I mostly use this to sleep as most of the times my nasal passage is completely block and breathing through mouth is really difficult I end up developing mouth ulcers.
Has been using this for years I always have a few in stock.

Really in two minds with this review. On the one hand, I think it's a miracle cure, on the other I feel like once you start using this, you're in for the long haul.

I have a narrow nasal passage on the right side due to excessive cartilage, and this became increasingly annoying when I'd get the hint of a cold, or hayfever. I just felt so congested. I tried numerous sprays, including medication based ones, and natural saltwater none of them really made any difference. Then I found Sudafed Blocked Nose spray. Boy oh boy, the difference is night and day - it gets to work within minutes and I find my breathing is miraculously improved. I tend to use it first thing, then a couple of times during day and once before bed. If I stick to this, then I find that my nose stays pretty clear.

Here's the rub... If I miss a dose or two, it's like my nose gets filled with cement. I literally cannot breathe through it on the right side. So it feels to me like the nose builds a dependency on this. The leaflet states should only use for few days, but it seems myself and almost everyone reviewing it uses it more frequently than that. My Amazon order history alone shows 45 deliveries, and I'd imagine I've bought around same amount from supermarkets over past couple of years.

Basically, this stuff is magical, but it comes at a cost that may see you require to use this longer term than you feel is safe, or sensible. I'm kind of forced into this, because it makes breathing with excess cartilage bearable, and the doctors have told me to remedy would be quite serious surgery. But I do wonder if there are any potential side effects. I would say that as a frequent user, I'm still here and feel ok!

I'm giving it 5*'s because for me it's lightyears above other nasal unblocking decongestants, including others from Sudafed. But for some, they may wish to try and stick to more natural remedies.

I’ve never left a review before but felt I had to for this; it was an absolute lifesaver, I had been unable to sleep due to a bad cold however before bed last night used this and was able to fall asleep immediately, when I woke up my nose was still clear.
The only drawback is the chemical aftertaste at the back of your throat, but it’s more than worth it.

Having been a bit bunged up recently which was also affecting my hearing slightly, I searched for a quick and effective remedy from a trusted brand name. I didn’t have to search too long as Sudafed are the market leaders in sinus treatments.

After the first easy application (stick it up each nostril and press down on the applicator while inhaling deeply) I felt immediate relief.

My symptoms cleared up within a few days using this spray, and I know that it’ll always be there in my medicine box should I need it in the future.
