Having suffered for many years with sinus problems, I have found that Sudafed is the only product that will unblock my nose. The only downside to this is that I have built up an addiction to it in the sense that I need to use it several times a day. The product does say not to use more than 3 days however, I have used it for several years.

IT WORKS BUT CAUSES MORE PROBLEM IN THE LONG RUN

I bought this never having used nasal spray before. At first, I was shocked at how well it works, I would spray it then 3 mins later id blow my nose and it would be unblocked and be unblocked for 10hours. Then almost every time immediately after the 10hour mark, I would have a blocked nose again. But this time blocked in a way that was way worse than before as if I cannot breathe a single air particle can go up my nose. I decided to stop using it after 3 days and my nose is now slowly unblocking on its own.

This is how people become dependent on nasal spray. it would have been better if I just had waited my blocked nose out. Now I've had a block nose for 4 days in a row when it would have never lasted this long.
So avoid!!! look up videos on exercises to do that unblocks your nose on youtube.

After seeing reveiws about this nose spray being addictive. I really didn't see how someone could become reliant on a nose spray... I was WRONG! Some hours after it would block my nose up again even worst then before. So Id use it again just so I could breath. I fell into the trap for 4 days.But then I chucked it in the bin and slowly got back to normal. Never again.

It definitely unblocks the nose. But too well, the snot just keeps running then.
Not to mention the burning sensation as it opens the nasal passage.

Everyone says it's addictive.

I bought it to help with my ears on an airplanesl, worked great.
Not best for my allergies. Will go back to steroid spray

This is a great nasal spray and is good for relieving short term symptoms for a few days. After speaking with my Doctor I mentioned this product to him as I was using it for congestion. He scolded me pretty heavily and warned me of long term use. This product can cause high blood pressure and can infect make you feel worse. This doesn't tackle the cause of congestion only short term relief. Please consult a Doctor.

It worked but I prefer vicks micromist. I found this one was odurless which I didn't enjoy as much as vicks. It also sprayed more in a single squeeze, often to the point my nose would drip. Whereas vicks seemed to squirt the perfect amount. I also felt vicks worked faster as well.

Easy to become dependent

BE CAREFUL! I’ve been taking this every day for about 18 months because it is extremely easy to get dependent on it after taking it for a few days. Apparently that’s a very common thing. It really should be an absolute last-resort medication. I’m surprised it’s so easily available to be honest. Would not recommend.
