Try It - It Really Does Make A Difference

I have bought this many times before but not from Amazon.
I love this product. I have very fair skin and can easily burn rather than tan. That started to change when I found the Piz Buin sunscreens. But this after sun takes it to another level for me. I don't itch. I don't burn. I don't peel. I actually wake up the next day with a bit of a tan rather than looking like a patchwork quilt.
I obviously can't guarantee that it will work for you. But please give it a go - I don't have to hide from sunshine all the time anymore. Maybe you won't have to either.

The smell of it is off putting

I knew from one or two reviews that there was an issue with the smell of this product. I have to agree with those reviews now that I've used it. The smell isn't foul, but it's a lingering 'shouldn't be there' type of smell that is not the pleasant sort that is usually associated with sun creams. It's put me off using it as I can't go to bed with that particular smell lingering. So for me, this has been a waste of money. I should have paid attention to those reviews! I cannot comment if it helped to intensify the tan as I did not use it for long enough.

I hesitated to buy this due to the reviews mentioning it smells unpleasant however I love the fragrance - this absorbs easily into the skin and doesn’t feel greasy. Have only used once as just received today so can’t comment on how it affects the tan but I have already ordered another bottle.
Like anything it’s down to personal taste.

Loved this moisturiser however the smell reminded me of a house with stale cigarette smoke smell - vile ! Once soaked in cant smell as much and if it wasnt for how it made my skin feel would have gone straight in the bin after first opened. Soaks in pretty quickly and didnt burn once on holiday but I used Bali Body cocoa in the daytime.

Not entirely sure why so many people are complaining about the smell, was a very pleasant fragrance from my bottle. Really nice after sun moisturiser, not sure how effective the tan intesifying is though but can't really complain given the price and how good it was as a moisturiser after being exposed to high UV all day. Would definitely recommend!

I was put off from ordering this for my actual holiday because of the amount of people that commented on the smell however because I had read some reviews on how it reduced individuals redness and had tan intensifying ingredients I ordered for when I got back from my holiday.
The smell for me is not bad at all. It doesn't smell absolutely amazing but its not horrible or off putting at all. The texture of the cream is really nice and when putting it on my skin looks lovely and shiny. So far I have had no peeling at all and hope it will remain this way

Really good product - I burnt really badly the other day when I was out in the sun for about 40 minutes without my factor 50 plus! I came home and both of my arms had turned bright red along with my face - especially my nose. I looked like a tomato crossed with rudolph until I came across this little gem. I have been using this for about 4 days (only applying once before bed) and it has been an actual life saver. It's really soothing, I don't notice an unpleasant smell and think it's really helped the burn to soothe and recover!

They do come in different bottles but for £6.00 pounds a bottle good value for money also I didn’t think they had a cigarette smell to them at all and I must be the worst antismoker in this world so I would definitely would buy them again my only advice is to you is by a few bottles if you’re going away for more than two weeks as I will have to get more.

I love Piz Buin products I suffer from Sun allergies but never have any problems with this brand. Used this afternoon my holiday and two weeks later my tan was still going strong. Absorbs well and doesn’t leave you feeling like a greasy chip!

If you need a heavy duty after sun / moisturiser then this is reasonably priced with reasonable ingredients. Unfortunately I get prickly heat on my arms and this was too thick to use so had to wash it off, I presume it's the Shea butter.

It does take a while to soak in and I was on holiday somewhere humid so ended up sticky.

I'm not saying it's bad it's just not one that I would use again.
