Received quickly. Used recently on a run to southern France and back. Read the enclosed instructions to work out WHERE on your headlamps to install them, and you can finish the installation within minutes.- I'm not joking it takes me about 2 1/2 minutes to finish both headlamps. I have used these many times before, and will use them again.

A word of warning, once you return from the continent - you need to remove these again to keep police happy, But these seem to peel off in two sections. Peeling off the first section will mean your lights will work properly for the police.- If you continue to drive for around half an hour with your lights on and the first section of these peeled off - the heat from your lights will soften the glue keeping the last bit stuck in place - it will then be easier to prise off the last sections without scratching the headlamp lenses on your vehicle.

Complies with the law, but otherwise worse than the old model.

Disclaimer - I have had a couple of lessons from continental cops on how to adjust my headlights. You go into an underground car park, drive the car against a wall and then reverse until the light from the headlights on the wall shows a clear set of "horns". These are the ones you have to kill using a beam converter. You align the beam converter until the horns disappear. This is what blinds the other driver and this is what you have to eliminate. By the way, you may find that the position where it happens is _DIFFERENT_ from the one on the diagram.

The older "stripe" model was considerably better for this. You could kill the "horn" completely. With this - not possible at least for my vehicle (Isuzu Denver).

So while you are complying with the legal reqs, you are actually not improving yours (and others) safety by much.

After travelling to the EU every year for the past 10 years I have tried quite a few different converters and I have found these to be the best on the market. The instructions are easy to understand with the list of cars. They stand the hot weather, I bought a different make around 5 years ago that could not stand the 40 degree heat and peeled causing damaged the light lens leaving the shape imprinted. Each time I have used the AA converters I have had no problem. The one thing I need to say, when you remove the converters they leave the glue on the lens and not to easy to remove, DO NOT USE ANY CHEMICAL LIKE NAIL POLISH REMOVER, I make sure I have baby wipes with me, with a little time the glue will come off leaving no mark's.

.... perfect solution. I am using these from many years now and always superb quality.
Never had problem with them, well designed and institution is good.
I always clean the lamp glass using baby wipes and then switch lightsxon so glad is dry and warm, before I fit them in place.
Other small adjustment that I do is the bulb H7 type bulb change in the car from standard to night breakers type from osram in order to have nice length of low beam on the road as well, very useful when poor weather/lighting condition (rain and night).

I have yet to use these due to the fact that there are no instructions as to where to position them for my car. My car is a Honda CR-V 2019 with LED Headlights and as such the headlight glass is totally clear and does not have any lines within the glass to assist in knowing where to position them. The instruction leaflet lists numerous vehicles but not mine with LED lights. It points you to a help email with the company that markets these. I have sent an email to them and I am awaiting feedback. Otherwise the beam converters will be useless.

As the product is universal and can fit so many vehicles the instructions, although clear can take a little while to work out! Once you have identified the correct position for your vehicle they were easy to fit whilst queing for the ferry and were easily removed on my return to the UK. The product appeared to work well (based on the fact that I didn't have any French drivers flashing their lights at me for the duration of my trip!). Although masking tape can serve the same purpose, I used these single use products for peace of mind.

With AA we always expect quality and a sense of assurance on the quality. oh Boy - this made us nervous as it fell off within 20 kilometers of driving in France.

We had a stop to rest and were shocked to see that both the stickers were gone. This is the last thing you want to happen when crossing the border.

I am ashamed that AA does sell this kind of quality which puts customers at risk of fine (by French Police) as well as dazzling other drivers in France.

Come on AA. Stop selling us Junk!

A good product, required for travel in Europe (unless your vehicle headlights can be adjusted simply at home they are less hassle to use than going to a garage to adjust the headlights before and after each visit) Instructions cover a very wide range of vehicles. I do very little night time driving in this country so tend to leave them on the headlights between visits to Europe because they leave a sticky residue to be cleaned off the glass when you remove them. This results in an MoT Advisory note about the “product” on the headlights but is not a fail criterion

Whilst branded as an AA product, these are made by Eurolites and identical in all respects as far as I can see, apart from the packaging.
The deflectors are easy to apply, easy to remove and stay in place both in hot and cold temperatures. The instructions are comprehensive covering a wide range of vehicles and are easy to follow.
The residual glue left behind on the headlight after removal can safely and easily be cleaned using household methylated spirit.
Very happy with these and would recommend them for driving abroad.

Well I fitted these as per instructions, driving through France one came off very quickly.
A second set applied as per instructions, but was still frequently flashed by other drivers in France,
I always think these things are expensive buts of plastic.
They don't convert the beam, but simply mask off part of the beam, making the lights less effective.
