Create a Repair Label
If your item is eligible, you can create a label in Your Orders to send it to a third-party repair service provider.
To create a repair label:
- Go to Your Orders.
- Select Return items.
- Locate the order containing the item you want repaired and select Return items.
- In the Reason for return drop down menu, select Defective/Does not work properly.
- Describe what's wrong with the item and select Continue. The repairer will be able to diagnose and fix the problem faster if you provide as much detail as possible. If a repair is possible, we'll offer it here.
- If the item needs to be sent to a repair center, you'll need to Select the sender's
address.
The sender's address will let the repairer know where to return the item, or, for on-site repairs, where they'll repair the item. For repairs sent to a third-party repairer, you'll be given a mailing label and instructions for sending the item to the repair center. For on-site repairs, when you submit your repair request, the third-party repairer will be notified of your details. The repairer will contact you within one business day to discuss the issue and, if necessary, organize a call out.
For repairs sent to a third-party repairer print out the label and follow all handling and packaging instructions.
- If the item is eligible for onsite repair, we'll provide you with a link to the repair service website where you can send the request.
- Before having your item repaired, remove any passwords or security features from your device, and back up any data you want to keep. Deletion of data may be required to repair your device, but the repairer will make every effort to avoid deleting data.
- Be sure to include any accessories that came with your item, which will help to diagnose the fault. Pack the parcel as securely as possible.
By submitting your item for repair, you consent to us and the repairer using your contact details for the repair.
