If your item becomes defective after 30 days, you may want to contact the manufacturer for help.
If a product becomes defective after 30 days, you can't return it through Your Orders
If your product isn't eligible for product support or the repair service, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer for troubleshooting and support. To find the manufacturer contact details:
- Go to Your Orders
- Select Get product support next to the eligible item. Note: You'll only see this option if the item is eligible for product support.
- Click on the Talk to the manufacturer option.
If you can't find the manufacturer contact details in Your Orders, contact us directly.
