Submission of Business Proposals
Amazon EU Sàrl and its affiliates (collectively ‘Amazon’, ‘we’ and ‘us’) do not solicit ideas, proposals, concepts, suggestions or materials (whether of a technical, business, financial or other nature) (collectively and separately ‘unsolicited business proposals’) other than those specifically requested as part of our business relationships. By submitting an unsolicited business proposal to Amazon, you acknowledge and agree to terms of this policy. If you do not agree with this policy in full, you must not submit any unsolicited business proposals to Amazon.
- Amazon does not routinely review or respond to unsolicited business proposals sent to us nor involve ourselves in unsolicited business opportunities.
- Amazon does not accept any obligation or liability (whether of confidentiality, compensation, return or otherwise) with respect to unsolicited business proposals submitted to us unless we specifically agree to such obligations and liabilities in advance by written agreement signed by an authorised Amazon signatory.
- Any unsolicited business proposals that we receive will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
- We may disclose your identity to any third party in respect of any claims that any unsolicited business proposal you submit to Amazon violates intellectual property or any other rights.
- By submitting an unsolicited business proposal to Amazon you grant us an irrevocable, transferable, sub-licensable and royalty-free licence to use (in whole or in part) that unsolicited business proposal in any way we deem appropriate, without restriction, liability or obligation and without any compensation, reference or acknowledgement to you or any third party.
- Amazon reserves the right without restriction, liability or obligation and without any compensation, reference or acknowledgement to you or any third party to implement at any time ideas that may bear resemblance to those which may have been submitted to us as unsolicited business proposals.
- You warrant that you will comply with this policy. You will indemnify us for any breach of this warranty and will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.
