Making a purchase without saving your payment method

You can also remove saved payment methods.

Amazon.co.uk allows customers who do not wish to add or save their credit card or other payment method to make a purchase using Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards. If you wish to use cash, Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards can be purchased in-store from the network of participating shops.

It is also possible to delete the saved payment method (credit or debit cards, bank accounts, etc.) after completing your purchase in the Your Payments section of Your Account. Select Edit next to the selected payment method and then Delete from wallet. This action will remove your payment method from your Amazon Pay Wallet. Note that processing a pending order, refund, or signing up for certain services and subscriptions such as Amazon Prime requires having a payment method associated with the account.

To learn about the payment methods accepted on Amazon.co.uk, please visit our Accepted payment methods help page.

Amazon is committed to using security measures when you make payments to combat fraud and protect your personal information. Please visit the Amazon Secure Payments page to learn more about how Amazon secures your personal information and payment methods.
