How to Request an Amazon Global Store Invoice
If an invoice isn't available in Your Account, you can use these carrier contact details to request an invoice for an Amazon Global Store order.
You can print an invoice for your order in Your account as soon as your order is dispatched (see our help page for more information). If your Global Store order has dispatched, and an invoice isn't available in Your Account, you can contact your carrier.
The subject line of your email request for an Amazon Global Store order invoice, should ideally include your tracking ID, e.g. 'Invoice Request for Tracking ID [XYZ]', with 'XYZ' indicating your tracking ID.
Please ensure that you include your tracking ID in all correspondence with a carrier.
