The Financial Ombudsman Service is a free, independent service that looks into disputes involving financial products and services provided in the UK.

Amazon Customer Service will respond to you and attempt to address any questions you have with respect to our role as a credit broker. Complaints involving a credit product itself may be referred to the lender for that product.
