Initiate the return or replacement of an Amazon Business order

Generally, you can return items for a refund or replacement. In some cases, you can exchange items.

Account administrators, group administrators, finance users and the requisitioner who placed the order can initiate a return for items sold by Amazon and third parties. If an order was placed using a shared address, you must select a shared address as the return address.

If you have received a gift from an Amazon Business account, contact the sender to request a return.

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Select Your Orders.
  2. In the View Your Orders drop-down, select View All Orders.
  3. Select the order, then select Return or Replace Items or Problem with order and follow the prompts. If a replacement is unavailable, only the return option will display.
