Cancel Items and Orders

You can cancel physical items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet.

  1. Go to Your Orders and select the order you want to cancel.
  2. Select the check box next to each item you want to remove from the order. To cancel the entire order, select all of the items.

    Note:

    • If the order is sold by a third-party seller, you can only cancel the entire order. Cancelling single items is not possible.

  3. Select Cancel checked items when finished. If you are using a desktop browser, select Cancel Items and then Cancel selected items in this order. If you are using a mobile browser or the Amazon Shopping app, select Change this order and then Cancel items. Select Cancel selected items when finished.

Note:

  • You have 30 minutes after placing the order to make a cancellation. After this you can submit a cancellation request, but it cannot be guaranteed as the order might have entered the shipping process.

After submitting the cancellation, we'll send you a confirmation message within two business days.

You can also confirm that the order was cancelled by visiting Your Orders. If you see the order in the Cancelled Orders section, it was successfully cancelled.

If your order is already shipped directly from Amazon by the carrier Amazon, you can cancel the delivery and request a return to sender by visiting Your Orders,click "Track My Parcel", then click "Cancel the Delivery".

If your order shipped directly from Amazon and can't be modified, you may refuse the package or return it using our Online Returns Center.
