Contact a Marketplace Seller
Marketplace sellers handle customer service for orders shipped directly from them, unless the order is eligible for Amazon Prime.
To contact a Marketplace seller, do one of the following:
- To contact a Marketplace seller before placing an order:
- On the product detail page, select the name of the seller.
- On the next page, select Ask a question. Occasionally, the same product will be sold by different sellers. In such cases, select New and Used on the product listing page to see the list of available sellers. Then, select the name of the seller you want to contact to open the seller's At a glance page and select Ask a question.
- Select the appropriate options in the Seller Messaging Assistant chat or fill out the contact form.
Your message will be sent to the seller via the The Buyer-Seller Messaging Service. They'll respond to you by email within two business days.
- To contact a Marketplace seller after placing an order:
- Go to Your Orders.
- Next to the relevant order, select Contact seller.
Your message will be sent to the seller via the The Buyer-Seller Messaging Service. They'll respond to you by email within two business days.
Note: To request an order cancellation from a Marketplace seller, use the Cancel items button in Your Orders. For more information, visit Cancel Items or Orders.Note: If you need help with an item sold by Amazon Global Store, or with a Marketplace item delivered via a Prime delivery method, Contact Us. - To contact a seller to request an invoice for an item "Fulfilled by Amazon":
- Go to Your Orders.
- Select the seller's name, located below the item title.
- On the next page, select Ask a question.
- Select the appropriate options in the Seller Messaging Assistant chat or fill out the contact form.
Your message will be sent to the seller via the The Buyer-Seller Messaging Service. They'll respond to you by email within two business days.
