Cancel an Order in the Amazon Shopping App

You can cancel an order in the app as long as it hasn't entered the dispatch process.

Note: You can't cancel digital orders in the app.

To cancel an order on an iOS or Android device:

  1. Tap the Me Tab icon (second from left in the bottom navigation bar).
  2. Tap Your Orders.
  3. Select the order you want to cancel. If you don't see the item that you want to cancel, tap Show more items.
  4. Tap Cancel Item.
  5. Tap Cancel checked items.

To cancel an order on a Windows device:

  1. Tap Your Account.
  2. Select the relevant time period.
  3. Tap Continue.
  4. Tap Order Details.
  5. Tap Need to cancel an item?.
  6. Select the item you want to cancel.
  7. Tap Cancel Checked Items.
