  2. Select Get Product Support next to the eligible item.
    Note: You'll only see this option if item is eligible for free technical support.
  3. Select to call or chat with live product support, find links to product manuals, contact manufacturer support, or review self-help troubleshooting steps or videos. These options vary depending on the item you purchased.

Defective, Damaged, or Broken Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or broken item not eligible for product support, go to Replace a Damaged, Defective, or Broken Item.

Warranty Repair and After Sales Service

If your item appears to be defective more than thirty days after the receipt of the order, it may be eligible for a warranty repair. If item isn't eligible for repair, you may want to contact the manufacturer for help. To learn more, visit After Sales Service and Manufacturers.
