If you make purchases on behalf of your company, you can use an individual payment method or a shared payment method that your administrator adds to the business account. Account administrators can manage payment methods for the entire organisation or for designated groups or individuals.
Purchasers can add their own payment methods and delivery addresses to their business user accounts by selecting Payment methods in Business settings. They can also add payment methods and addresses during checkout.
Note: To add, update or remove a shared payment method or address, contact your account or group administrator. Your account or group administrator can see your order details, but you can only see the details for orders placed on your business user account. You can redeem a gift card using individual payment methods. If you are purchasing from a shared pay group, the gift card will not be visible at checkout.
A business account administrator can add payment methods to the business account by selecting Payment methods in Business settings.
If you’re a group administrator, you can add and edit payment methods for the groups that you manage and any of the group’s subgroups.
During setup, you can add payment method details, choose a billing address and share the payment method with a designated group or groups on your business account.
When sharing a payment method with multiple groups, you can add up to 20 groups at one time. To share with additional groups, or to change or remove groups, select the payment method on the Payment methods settings page, then Share or remove.
You can share each payment method with up to 1,000 groups by adding them in groups of 20 using Share or remove.
Administrators have the option to select Both shared and individual payment methods in Business Settings. This option allows administrators to set up shared payment methods for their groups, and requisitioners to use their own payment methods.
