Order confirmation and order messaging

Requisitioners on business accounts receive order confirmation emails.

Order confirmation email

  • Order confirmation emails name one item from the order.
  • Orders that contain multiple items display the order quantity.
  • An order confirmation email includes:
    • Recipient name
    • Delivery address
    • Order cost
    • Estimated or guaranteed delivery date
    • Link to the order status
    • Business Customer Service contact information
  • You can select the order number in the confirmation email to view your Order Summary. If entered during checkout, a customer-generated purchase order (PO) number will display in the Payment information section.
  • Users can go to Orders when signed in to the business account to view a list of products ordered, quantities, costs and tracking numbers.
