Deliveries in the UK
There are different delivery options available for a delivery in the UK.
- FREE Standard Delivery
- One-Day Delivery & Premium Delivery
- Priority Delivery

- Four-Hour Delivery Window for Large Items
- Amazon Pickup Locations
FREE Standard Delivery
Orders that include £10 or more of eligible books qualify for FREE Delivery. All orders of £20 or more of eligible items across any product category also qualify for FREE Delivery in the UK.
Standard Pickup to any Pickup Location across any product category, qualifies for FREE Standard Pickup. Terms and Conditions apply.
Delivery occurs three to five days after dispatch. Parcels to residential addresses may be delivered on a Sunday.

One-Day Delivery and Premium Delivery
Media costs £3.99 per delivery. Media consists of books, music, DVD, video games and software. All other product categories cost £4.99 per delivery. There is no extra cost for Amazon Prime members. See Prime Delivery for more information.
Premium Delivery to an Amazon Hub Locker or Pickup Location costs £2.99 for all eligible items for non-Prime members.
Delivery occurs one business day after dispatch, including Saturdays, but not including public holidays. Parcels to residential addresses may be delivered on a Sunday.
The charge is per delivery for non-Prime customers. There is no extra charge per eligible item in the delivery.

Priority Delivery
Priority Delivery costs £0.99. There is no extra cost for Amazon Prime members.
Delivery occurs two business days after dispatch, including Saturdays, but not including public holidays. Parcels to residential addresses may be delivered on a Sunday.
The charge is per delivery for non-Prime customers. There is no extra charge per eligible item in the delivery.

Same-Day
Same-Day costs £5.99 per delivery*. There is no extra cost for Amazon Prime members.
Orders placed before the Same-Day (Evening Delivery) deadline are delivered the same day, between 6 pm and 10 pm.
Some postcodes are eligible for Same Day Delivery before 6 pm. We offer this option during checkout at no extra charge for eligible addresses.

Scheduled Delivery for Large Items
There's no extra cost for Scheduled Delivery for large items for Prime and non-Prime members.
With Scheduled Delivery for large items, you can schedule a day-long slot for delivery up to 14-days in advance.
The availability of Scheduled Delivery for Large Items varies based on the item and your delivery address.

Four-Hour Delivery Window for Large Items
The Four-Hour Delivery Window for large items cost for both Prime and non-Prime members are charged at a single rate, per order, of:
- Weekdays: £10
- Weekends: £10
The option to choose a Four-Hour Delivery Window on a nominated day will appear at the checkout if you're placing an order for delivery to an eligible postcode, up to 14 days in advance.
The availability of Four-Hour Delivery Window for large items varies with the item and your delivery address.

Amazon Pickup Locations
Amazon Pickup Locations provide you with an alternative delivery location where you can collect your Amazon.co.uk parcels. Pickup locations are available across mainland UK. During checkout, you'll see the option to Search for a Pickup Location if all items in your shopping basket are eligible for delivery to one of these locations.

FREE Delivery is available if you order items for delivery to the UK or the Republic of Ireland. The product detail page shows if your items qualify for this delivery option. If you're an Amazon Prime member, you have unlimited One-Day Delivery and Priority Delivery at no extra cost within the UK.
If you choose the option to Group my items into as few deliveries as possible, we'll try to group your items. However, we have several warehouses and not all of the items are stocked at any single warehouse. We may split your order into a number of different packages to use items in stock at different warehouses. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, we'll charge the amount originally quoted when you placed your order.
