Scheduled Delivery

If your order and delivery address are eligible for Scheduled Delivery for Large Items, the option to select this delivery method will be available during checkout.

With Scheduled Delivery, you'll be able to select a day that works best for you, up to 14 days in advance. Deliveries are made between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on your chosen day.

To choose a delivery date and time when you place your order:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Add the eligible item to your Shopping Basket and proceed to checkout.
  3. An available delivery date may be preselected:
    • Using the calendar, select a date and time that works best for you and place your order.
    • If you don't have the option to select a date for delivery, checkout using Standard Delivery.

Note: Make sure the email address and (if available) the mobile phone number for the delivery address are up to date in Your Account. The carrier may contact you before your Scheduled Delivery date to confirm the appointment and provide you with a 2-hour delivery window or ask for additional information.
