Top Up Your Account

You can add funds directly to your account using Top Up.

You can add funds to your account by doing one of the following:

• To top up your account:
  1. Go to Top up your account.
  2. Choose or enter the amount that you want to add to your gift card balance.
  3. Select a payment method.
  4. Select Verify and pay and pay the amount that you chose.
• To set up an auto top up:
  1. Go to Your auto top up settings.
  2. Select a reload type.
  3. Enter the amount and select how often you want to reload your gift card balance.
  4. Select a payment method.
  5. Select Verify payment settings.

Note:

• Top up processing: When you top up your balance, you're purchasing a gift card for the selected amount, which we automatically add to your gift card balance. The funds should be available within five minutes. In some cases, it may take up to four hours for your funds to be available. You can view the status of your top up by visiting Current balance.
• Auto top up when your balance drops: When your gift card balance drops to the selected minimum balance, we add the auto top up amount to your gift card balance. We charge the payment method that you chose. Funds should be available within ten minutes but, in some cases, may not be available for up to four hours. You can view the status of your top up by visiting Your Orders.
• Auto top up on a schedule: We typically add auto top ups to your balance by 10 am local time on the scheduled date. In rare cases, funds may not be available for up to 24 hours. We charge your chosen payment method on each successful auto top up. You can view the status of your top up by visiting Your Orders.
