Check the Status of Your Refund

You can check the status of your refund in Your Orders. We will issue the refund, for a product shipped by Amazon, within a maximum of 14 days and confirm it with an automated e-mail. You can see the refund in your bank account or credit card statement, within a maximum of 7 business days after the refund is issued.

To check the status of your refund:

1. Go to Your Orders.
2. Next to the relevant order, select View Return/Refund Status.

Note:

• You can also check the status of your refund by going to Your Orders and selecting View order details next to the relevant order. The refund status is displayed at the bottom of the Order Summary.
