Request an A-to-z Guarantee Refund

You can request an A-to-z Guarantee refund if there's a problem with an item you bought that was sold and fulfilled by a third-party seller on Amazon.

To check if you're eligible to request a refund under this guarantee, go to About A-to-z Guarantee.

To request a refund:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Locate the order.
  3. Select Problem with order.
  4. Select your problem from the list.
  5. Select Request refund.
  6. Enter your comments in the text box.
  7. Select Submit.

Note: It can take us up to one week to review requests. We'll let you know about our decision using the email address associated with your account. To view the status of your request:
  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Locate your order.
  3. Select Problem with order.
