Important to note that unlike the neck+shoulder version from the same manufacturer these ones shouldn't be stuck to your skin - they need to be attached to clothing such as a shirt or t-shirt, and on the outside.

This makes it really hard to position the patch over the pain, as the clothing will keep moving around.

So for pain relief I reckon these are a bit rubbish. HOWEVER.... I think I'll hang on to them because they'll be excellent stuck inside a coat on a winter's day.

Oh, and they take about half an hour to get going but then they stay warm for AGES!
