Customer Review

I purchased a £35 gift card for my secret Santa some time ago and 2 separate cards arrived. I put them in a drawer until almost Christmas when I went to wrap them. I wanted to make sure I was getting it right but could find NO WAY of finding out how much money was on the cards. Was there £35 on one and £0 on the other? Was there £30 on one and £5 on the other or £20 and £15 etc?
I went on to My Accounts and located the order and it showed one of the serial numbers with £35 beside it but could find no trace of the other serial number on the other card.
I always try to look at these things from a laymans approach but despite several google questions on how I could just find out how much was on each card, it seems this is impossible to do unless I am redeeming it.
I wanted to be able to write on the card exactly how much was on it and am unable to do this.
This has frustrated me a great deal and made me wish I had just given cash.
