Technically my vehicle should not need these. However experience shows it is a good idea to have these and a set of spares in case stopped by the continental police. Some of whom get excited by the sight of GB plates!
Whilst they are not compulsory I would also recommend carrying the ' morning after breathalyser ' a yellow safety jacket. And - not kidding here - if you wear glasses a spare set. A legal requirement in France.
Oh the headlamp adaptors? Instructions are fiendishly hard to follow to put in the right place. Just do a you tube search for tips! Buy some. Cheap as chips and much less than an on the spot fine. Hope this helps.
