As someone who is gluten free and trying to lose weight, I've found this book really helpful. So far we have made the aubergine parmigiana and Greek roast vegetables and our family (2 parents and 3 health conscious but foody grown sons) all loved both of them. These dishes will now join our list of meals to repeat. These aren't dinner party dishes but are great for every day. The only criticism is the same as I would have for most cookbooks which is that the prep times are understated.
