If I sign up for Prime, can I automatically shop?
Same-day grocery delivery on Amazon.co.uk is available exclusively for Prime members, in select locations, subject to delivery slot availability. In a few regions where an invitation is required to use same-day grocery delivery, you can sign up for an invitation without a Prime membership. Once you are able to shop we will notify you and remind you to sign up for a Prime membership in order to shop. 

Who can I shop with?
We offer delivery nationally from Amazon Fresh, Morrisons and Co-op but what’s available to you will depend on your postcode. Simply sign into your Amazon account and use the postcode checker above to see which stores are available in your region.

What qualifies for delivery at no extra costs?
If you are a Prime member you can get same-day grocery delivery in 2-hour delivery slots, at no extra cost on orders above £40 or more, in select postcodes. Subject to delivery slot availability. To check if your postcode is eligible, sign in to your Amazon account and use the postcode checker above.

How do I book a delivery slot?
Delivery slots can be booked up to three days in advance. Once you have completed your basket, proceed to checkout where you can select from the delivery slots available to you.

Are one hour delivery windows available to customers?
We are currently offering the opportunity to have your order delivered in a 1-hour delivery window, depending on slot availability and postcode. Please note, a £3.99 fee will apply for orders over £40. For orders below £40 (minimum spend £15), a fee of £6.99 will apply.

Can I make changes after I have placed my order?
In between placing your order and your order being prepared, you may add items and increase quantities. Subject to demand and availability.

What happens if I want to cancel after I've placed my order?
You may cancel your order at any point up until your picker begins packing your groceries.

Can I get alcohol delivered?
Yes you can. Valid photographic ID with a date of birth may be required upon delivery. The driver will input your year of birth into their device and may then require an ID check to complete the age verification process. ID verification will be contact-free.

How will my groceries be packed?
Your order will arrive in paper bags, that are widely recycled as part of household recycling collection systems organized by council collection schemes. Please remember, all packaging waste should be clean and dry before putting it in the recycling bin, as this will prevent contamination. How long will my order stay at the correct temperature in its packaging?
Our packaging is designed to keep your delivery at the correct temperature during transit. Please be sure to chill any perishables upon delivery.
