Having suffered with severe cramps particularly at night, starting in one foot or leg, pacing the floor for hours, finally going back to bed for it to start in the other leg, as you can imagine a lot of sleepless nights and frustrating pacing. This product was bought for me by my husband and I was skeptical to say the least. I kid you not, it is a fantastic product. The minute I feel the cramping start, I spray theracramps on and within a short space of time the cramps have gone, even the most severe cramps which would last hours, within 10 minutes or so it has gone. I cannot recommend this product enough. A brilliant product. Would recommend without hesitation.

I am in my late seventies - still enjoy gardening, but always seem to suffer in the evenings with raging cramps in the thighs - and it lasts for about twenty minutes or so - and so painful. I bought this for my husband who occasionally gets leg cramp and it would be several minutes of absolute agony.
I suffer from locked knee which takes me by surprise. After a 4 hour car journey my knee suddenly locked and I was terrified to move as pain is excrutiating. In desperation I asked him for his Theracrampes which thankfully was handy. I sprayed it all around the knee joint and I could feel the spasm ebb away and my knee was free.. I am now hoping that the muscles cramping was the cause of the lock. By using Theracrampes I am maybe saving my knee from damage. Should I hang a bottle round my neck?

I bought this in the hope of alleviating night cramps. I have had several opportunities to use the spray since buying it. I find that cramps on average take 10 to 20 minutes to go away. Even using the spray I cannot say this time became less.

The liquid is quite oily and not unpleasant to smell, but whether it helps take away any cramp pain the jury is out. Probably would not buy again, especially given the price

Works for me. I use Theracramps on my calf muscles and certainly feel the benefits. I had for many months suffered cramps every night regardless of the season/inside temperature, or amount of exercise undertaken during the day. Whilst it may not fully negate the muscle cramp every time, the product significantly reduces the intensity of the spasm when a cramp kicks in. I'd suggest that you apply the product 30 minutes before bedtime to give the product time to dry so your nightwear or bedding doesn't "stick" to the body parts whilst you sleep.
