Are all products eligible for free delivery on orders over £20?
Eligible items are products sold and delivered by Amazon and products sold by marketplace sellers where Amazon is the dispatcher. You can combine eligible items under £20 to make an order over £20 which will be eligible for free delivery.

Items dispatched by Amazon.co.uk can be identified by the messages "Fulfilled by Amazon" or "Dispatched from and sold by Amazon" on the product detail page.
What other options do I have for my deliveries?

Is free delivery available for all addresses?
Free delivery is available in the UK and Ireland.
How do I place an order and pick up from Amazon Hub Locker or Counter?
There are two ways to select an Amazon Hub location: 1) Enter an address, zip code or landmark in the search field above to find a location near you and add it to your address book. 2) Search for a location under the delivery address section at checkout.

When you’re ready to place an order, select the Amazon Hub location as your delivery address. Once your parcel has been delivered, we will send you a confirmation email with a barcode. Simply visit your selected Locker or Counter to pick up your parcel. Once you arrive, have your pickup confirmation email with the barcode ready. At Locker, you will scan the barcode yourself; at Counter the store assistant will scan it before handing you your package. There’s no need to present an ID when you pick up.
If my product is not eligible for free delivery, why is this and how much do I have to pay?
