I think mine said knees bent, arms above head. Use the side with the slope first and then once you’re a bit more accustomed to it, you can use the side without the slope I.e. turn it around.
I don’t find it easy to use with my arms above my head, so normally have them on my stomach or bent up with hands by my shoulders.

Always check with your doctor if you’re not sure about traction. You risk damaging your spine if you suffer from a number of conditions. Used in the right way though, traction can be good for pain relief.

This stretches your neck, there is some movement of your shoulders which might help a hump. You only do 5 minutes at a time.
