I don't think it comes with warranty. Mine broke after using it less than a month. Thankfully i was still able to return it and get my money back. It's a good massager but like many other customers have said it stop working after few weeks.

Yes, I use it for the area all the time - it’s ideal for the vagus nerve. It sits on the shoulders, and you can raise it to massage right up into the skull base with the position being held by the straps you have over your wrists.

If you mean will it let liquid through then yes it will. One side where the massage balls are is like a netting type material so I can't see it stopping liquid. It is a good massager though 👍 and I don't know why you would want to get liquid near it as it's electric.
