L’Oréal has been one of the most active companies working alongside the Chinese authorities and scientists for over 10 years to have alternative testing methods recognized, and permit the cosmetic regulation to evolve towards a total and definite elimination of animal testing. Thanks to this, since 2014, certain products manufactured and sold in China like shampoo, body wash or certain make-up products are no longer tested on animals. I've used this for a short while now as previously used Clinique lash primer which is over 3 times the price...this is equally as good. I have had no problem with smudging at all...it is truly a great product and my regular from now on.

Absolutely amazing mascara made my eyes look much more open. It only clumps if you put too many layers on but I found that a maximum of two is the perfect amount
