Use water that has boiled just once - any more than that and the oxygen level in the water is reduced, which can cause your tea to taste a bit 'flat'. In a mug: Pour the freshly boiled water directly onto your tea bag in the mug. This way the tea infuses better than when you add the tea bag to the water. Leave to 'brew' for 2-3 minutes, according to your taste. Remove the bag with a spoon giving it just one squeeze. Add sugar/sweetener and milk, if desired.

A proper brew- pure and simple. We pay fair prices for really good tea from farms in Africa and India, to make a lovely blend that's big on flavour, seriously refreshing and kind to the people who grow it. Our family business was founded in 1886 in Harrogate, one of the nicest towns in Yorkshire (though we might be a bit biased)! We’re still family owned today and we work hard to stay true to our love of fairness, flavour and quality. We work extremely hard to build long-lasting relationships with the people who grow our tea. We pay sustainable prices and a premium for quality, we regularly visit the farms and co-operatives we buy from and we invest in their communities and their environment to help ensure both are thriving and resilient. In short, we strongly believe in ethical trading.

Stick kettle on, I'll the back in a mo.
My boyfriend gave me the idea of looking for this tea on Amazon and I'm very glad he did because I found it on Amazon for a really good price. Because of how many tea bags you get in the pack this will last me at least a year. Even if I had 3 mugs of tea a day which is more than I normally drink it would still last a year. This tea is really good value for money and I would definitely recommend it. It's the nicest brand of tea I have ever tried and I have tried a lot of different brands.
It is also more expensive than regualar Yorkshire tea, or a certain brand beloved by Chimps! Or the one that goes Oooo....
So I was delighted to find these. 5 packs of 80, so they stay fresh, have a long best before (Dec 19). And work out at around 3p a bag. And delivered to the door! What more can I say?
