I bought this Yahota watch for my father- in-law to try out. He wears it constantly now and it has definitely encouraged him to get out and about more and do more walking. It comes with a choice of two straps, both of which are comfortable and smart to wear. It was simple enough to set up and connect through your phone. You can choose your own watch face preference and the screen itself is clear and easy to read. It supports six different modes of activities while recording the exercise data you have achieved. It also tracks your health monitoring by detecting your heart rate during your activities. It has an ultra-thin design which allows it to be light and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. At just over £30, I think it's definitely value for money and it has helped to increase my father-in-law's fitness which is an overall winning result.
