I was always rubbish at hula hooping. I was the little kid who would watch on with envy at the kids who who do it with not one, but 12 hoops! I could keep one going around my arm... on a good day with no breeze....
Now, getting closer to half a century old, it is the perfect time to finally conquer a failing in life...
And this is such a brilliant cheat!!! I nailed it after a few miserable attempts, and now I could fit right in to a luha on Hawaii.
And if the exercise fails and I don't loose those precious inches, I may well loose them from the belly aching laughter of reading the box. What ever you do, don't throw it away- it'll keep you entertained for years!!!

"Every day 30 today" it says, "from now on, live out self-confidence!"
I don't know what that means. Will I be 30 every day today???
Maybe not...
But I can "adjust the effect of intestinal shaping". Are there any doctors out there who can confirm that's possible?!?!
I don't know if it works - I'm too busy laughing when trying! Best £18 I've spent in a long time 🤣🤣🤣
