I have been using Water Wipes for 18 months and have found the recent rebrand/new formulation to be significantly inferior to the previous wipes.

The new wipes are very dry, rough, clump together easily, and are much more difficult to remove from the pack.

Recent reviews on Amazon and the TrustPilot reviews below concur with this. The formulation has very clearly changed so why Water Wipes are lying to customers with the ‘new look, same great wipes’ badge on the box is baffling. This suggests the wipes themselves haven’t changed and seems to be false advertising to me.

I understand the admirable goal of going biodegradable. But if you can’t do this without completely destroying the positive features of your product, it seems like a silly move. The new wipes are truly horrible to use.

I will not be purchasing Water Wipes again, unless someone can direct me to where I can purchase the original, superior wipes.

I love this brand but this variation of their wet wipes , is very rough on the baby skin, it is no where near as moist as the regular version, it causes rashes and honestly I can’t recommend it for anyone’s baby, after a week of using these my son had rashes.
Best avoided , on par I would say lower quality than normal wipes or just go for the regular water wipes

These are then newly updated toddler wipes. The quality of these wipes have dramatically decreased since the rebranding. The texture is not as nice and the wipes are very dry. Such a shame they have changed as I swore by them before and bought a large box every month before they were rebranded. I have had to change brands now

What really, really annoys me is the poor packaging of the wipes themselves, its almost impossible to withdraw each wipe separately, its also very difficult to find where the next wipe starts and this is why you cant avoid pulling at least two other wipes at the same time. I regret not starting to use my order until a previous packet of wipes (different make) I had had run out otherwise I would have retuned them straight away. I must also say that the wipes are rather small. I will never purchase this make of wipes again and suggest nobody else does.

Initially when our son was born, we found these were brilliant in terms of reducing rash caused. Slightly more expensive than other supermarket brands (Huggies, Pampers etc) but worth it for the increase in quality. However, in our most recent order (which coincided with a change of packaging), the quality was awful and caused massive rash. You can feel the sudden drop in quality, the most recent ordered wipes are almost paper like and rip apart so easily. I am currently investigating alternative wipes! Very dissatisfied.

I use these a lot for my mother who hardly leaves her chair during the day and sometimes gets sticky hands or needs to freshen up after eating as I don’t like to use chemically or perfumed wipes . I also have a medical condition where I need to use dry wipes soaked in water for cleaning area and if I’m out it’s great to be able to have a pack of these on hand .
