Vitamin A, also known as Retinol, is a fat-soluble vitamin that has numerous health benefits including; Immune System support, normal skin, normal vision and normal Iron metabolism.
Vitamin A can be found naturally in many food sources, including: cheese, eggs, oily fish, milk & yoghurt and liver. You can also get vitamin A by including good sources of beta carotene in your diet, as the body can convert this to vitamin A. However, not everyone consumes enough Vitamin A through their diet, therefore taking a food supplement is a great alternative to prevent deficiency. These are available in the forms of tablets, liquid, spray or gummies.

Capsules all stuck together in a lump. I cut the top to see if I could separate them (had an empty tub ready to transfer them into) but sadly, I can't prise them apart. Waiting to hear back from the seller as I would like a replacement and also a return address for these. Also ordered Vitamin E from this supplier and these are fine so I'm hoping these Vitamin A capsules are a one off as Horbach are a good make.
