Given I've been stuck in the house more than usual this year, and normally suffer quite badly from SAD I decided to go for a high strength vitamin D supplement to try to ease the symptoms. I regularly take other Vitabiotic products so opted for these. The tablets are very small, despite being high strength, which is great as it makes them easy to swallow. I have felt better during the winter darkness than in previous years, and whilst there's no guarantee its a direct result of these tablets I'm going to keep taking them as I wouldn't get sufficient Vitamin D without them, certainty not until the spring.
