There is one thing they don't tell you about this product...

Like many of you reading this review, I have been on the eternal quest to find that one thing that will fix my back and eliviate all that pain. I have tried every amazon product from foam rollers and back stretchers to massage chairs and massage guns. When you're in this position and can't bare thr pain any longer, you buy a product like this knowing that there is a slim chance it will work - but you'll take any slim chance to get rid of the pain!

My partner laughs everytime I order a new piece of plastic or electronic massager that ends up shoved in cupboard of shame after rolling around on it for a few weeks in front of the TV. I've seen professionals and paid a lot to have someone frequently poke me about - as many of you probably have.

All that said, this might be 'the one'. Who would have thought a £16 blue piece of plastic from China would be it - but sometimes life is funny like that.

I lay down on the floor and placed it under my neck. The instructions say to hold your hands up above your neck and push your elbows 90 degrees (like a horizontal handstand). Actually the instructions don't really describe it well so that's why I marked it down to 4 stars.

The arms above the head ensures that there is enough weight pulling down onto those pressure points that will start to numb the back of the neck and the spine. Now my one REALLY USEFUL TIP that they don't tell you - but it is the same for all these products - deep breathing is absoulety key to this. Breathing deep helps your muscles release, and ultimately lower your body into a calm state where the pressure points can really active. The deep and longer your breaths the better.

The other thing that they don't tell you - or at least this happens to me and maybe there is something wrong with me - is that your arms stop working completely and you feel really high for about 20 mins afterwards. I don't know if this is a result of the acupuncture in the spine or blood rushing to other places - but it feels great.

Long story short I would recommend this product at this price.

I brought this because it sounded like a miracle cure for neck pain. All the reviews suggested that also. But, personally after just two uses it caused me a lot of pain, which has stopped me sleeping for the past few nights. This is not a registered medical device and after using it I would go as far as to say its dangerous. I believe alot of these reviews must be fake or purchased. Be advised if you do want to risk your health with this device, it is not for diabetics or people with high blood pressure. If you have neck pain or any pain see a professional. Don't risk your health with this product. I was suckered in like a lot of you will be. You will get a refund, but the damage from using it has already been done. Avoid.....

Years of restricted neck movement. Love a strong massage or a chiropractic neck crunch. Had this for 2 weeks. 5 minutes to start with. Now feeling better and moved to convex side and for longer periods. Some slight numbness at the base of the skull initially but feels great now. Thoroughly recommended product.

I'm not sure how it works, but it does! I have had hideous neck pain for years. The muscles are incredibly tight and my shoulders are "the most rounded shoulders I have ever seen" [Yoga teacher]. The first time I used this i couldn't get my arms to touch the floor. But the stretch in my neck was unreal, it got all warm and tingly (not unpleasant) and stretched the muscles in my chest/shoulders. I have been using this for a week and my arms can now touch the floor and I don't feel like I have to crack my neck every hour of the day. I wish i had discovered this years ago!

Warning: Applying traction to the neck can cause damage under certain circumstances. You should consult with a doctor.

Having said that, I’ve only had this pillow for 2 days. I’ve had a lot of problems with my neck over the years. After initial use of this device, there was some discomfort. I think this might have been my body adjusting. I can say that I am now experiencing less pain in the neck and the results are promising. A key point is to relax with deep, slow breathing. Make sure your arms and legs are positioned as shown in the instructions.

I had been looking at different ways to relieve my neck/shoulder discomfort for quite a while possibly due to bad posture in front of computer for long hours. This piece of plastic was quite expensive in my opinion, however do not underestimate the impact it can have on your neck pain. The first few times was a little uncomfortable but I can sense that my neck problem has diminished very quickly after using it for only 4-5 times. Did not regret buying this although I think it will be better if the price is lower.

I only wish that I had the before pictures to show you, but being an idiot I deleted them. However I’ve been using this (as per instructions), 3 times a day for 15 mins, and not only has my embarrassing neck lump reduced considerably but the pain I had going down my left hand (the dr thought it might be carpal tunnel), has stopped. Turns out my neck lump was pressing on a nerve in my upper spine and I’d of needed pain meds and physio. Highly recommended, but be careful. DONT go over the 20/30 mins time as you’ll cause more problems (as advised by my dr). But do try it if you have any upper back issues or have the vile quasi neck thing going on 👍
