So these bubbles are AMAZING. They are enormous and easy enough for our 3 year old to get to grips with. We have bought (no exaggeration) around 15 sets of this because our child loves them so much. I will only give 3 stars because:
1. This is SO expensive for what amounts to 10 minutes of play and you can’t buy refills for the bubble liquid, which is the main part of the toy. Normal bubble liquid won’t make the big bubbles.
2. There is so much single use plastic. You play with it once, then have to throw away all the packaging, the liquid bottle, the bubble wand and tray. TERRIBLE waste.
3. These bubbles are like child catnip. DO NOT USE IN PUBLIC SPACES, especially if you’re trying to socially distance! Kids will literally run at you in all directions because the bubbles are huge and they love them. Can be quite sweet but means your own child won’t get to play with the bubbles much - they get repeatedly popped at source by over-enthusiastic bystanders!
