Unlike my Madela though, this one is brilliant for on-the-go use, especially with a good supportive express worthy bra like the Madela one, which I love.
Plus it's half the price than the twin version and VERY lightweight! I can express discreetly whilst stuck in traffic on my commute and whilst I'm takings calls at work.
The standard USB charge is much more convenient for me as it means I can just plug it into my macbook if I need a quick bout of juice (no pun intended) when I'm away from a mains USB plug.
Full charge holds about 60 minutes expressing time in my trial. The 5 gentle massage cycles helps me feel at ease which actually helped facilitate my let down. It's horrible when I'm stressed at work as I find I'm just not in the right mindset to express effectively, which then effects the milk volume I'm able to express. Theres also a rather impressive 9 expressing settings.
The remote has a timer to show how long I've been expressing for, all to useful, when I'm busy taking calls and forget it's even sucking away.
It can be used whilst plugged into the mains/laptop too, a bonus as I'm the type of person that forgets to top up a charge.
To get you started if this is your first precious little one, it comes with one 150ml newborn feeding bottle. You can express directly into the bottle and then decant (as I do) into an Axifeed bottle to store away in the fridge/freezer.
There's also spare purple valve in case your first one fails. With a little TLC, mine have never failed. So not a huge concern.
