We’ve looked through all the recipes so far and are totally impressed with the amount of things Tom suggests you can cook on a bbq, including vegetarian dishes and deserts.
We've only had the opportunity to experiment with one of the deserts so far (which was lush) but this is a book for life and not just for one summer.
Can’t wait to make more of the recipes, just need the British weather to keep being amazing.
