TICKCHECK TICK REMOVER 3-PACK

The TickCheck Tick Remover Pack contains three plastic tick remover tools (small, medium, and large) in a resealable plastic pouch with an included Tick Identification Card. This pack is designed for convenience and low-cost tick removal from humans, dogs, cats, pets, or other animals.

While this style of tick removal tools is often used for twisting, TickCheck does NOT recommend twisting the tick as this can cause the head to detach inside the wound. Instead, we recommend using the tick remover tools to lift and pull out the tick as shown in the included diagram. These tools can be used with or instead of tick remover tweezers.

INCLUDES THREE TICK REMOVERS OF VARIOUS SIZES 🕷

This kit includes three moulded plastic tick removers designed to allow you to easily remove partially or fully embedded ticks of any size. Keep them all together for a variety of options, or give each family member their own tick remover tool!

In addition to three tick removers, the pack comes in a resealable plastic storage bag with a FREE pocket tick identification card with instructions for proper tick removal as well as a tick identification guide.

I bought this for a recent trip to rural Scotland for 'just incase' and really hoped we wouldn't have to use it. Unfortunately half way through our trip my dog appeared to have a sore ear and underneath we found a dreaded tick! The instructions were clear and the multi sized tools helpful. Instuctions said to slide under and gently pull up. However this didn't work so well on the first attempt and looking online with similar tools a lot of sites suggested to turn at the same time. This worked much better and the tick was removed in its entirety much to our relief. At the end of the trip we found another smaller one her stomach and again easily removed. I cannot recommend this product enough although I would suggest turning it while removing if you have problems!
