I suffer from shin splint pain and wanted something to cool my shins when they hurt. The cooling packs are great. The straps hold in place really well and have a good adjustability range. They are comfortable to wear and easy to attach. You can still move easily with them on. Much better than ice packs you have to hold in place. It's really helped with the pain.
There are just two key negative points
- they don't stay very cool for as long as traditional ice packs.
- they do drip a bit from any ice and condensation on the outside when freezing.
I would however recommend.
