I`ll list the basics for me...

I`ve been growing concerned with the lack of testosterone in men and me these days, so started taking these. The difference i`ve noticed:

1. I exercise harder.
2. I get tired less.
3. I sleep well.

Couple of things I did not expect...

4. I worry less. You know how snidy passive/aggressive remarks (the kind bad women make), can get to you? Well they always got to me. And that worried me. A man should not be feeling like that. Since taking these tablets, such remarks just dont bother me at all. A woman can come out with all kinds of nonsense and I`m like, "Whatever, I`ll go do what i want to do. bye." I don`t worry or let childish insults bother me like they used to. i`m sure this is to do with higher testosterone levels, and it`s good.

5. A lump that was sitting on my hand for a year or so vanished. literally, just disappeared!

Seriously, guys, I believe men are suffering from lower testosterone levels and it`s something we have to be concerned about.

I’m a 20 year old male. I’ve been taking these for about a month now. I take them along with BCAAs shortly before I go and work out.

I bought them as I had heard others rave about how it would help gains and boost your energy. I haven’t really noticed a difference in either of those departments, although it seems that many other reviewers have found differently. The BCAAs tend to suffice for an energy boost. The testosterone hasn’t made a difference at the gym.

What I have noticed is that I’m generally more emotional, the most obvious one I can notice is that I’m a lot angrier. I also have a stronger libido, as many others have found too.

As some of the others have theorised, I think these are only necessary for people who have low testosterone levels. If your hormones are fine then these won’t really make a difference. I don’t think I’ll buy these again, simply because I don’t need them.

I have to say I was quite shocked when I tried these for the first time. I have been taking with Creatine capsules after my workout and the difference is significant. I am a middle aged man and can see and feel the effects of age on my body. I am slim build but have a reasonable muscle mass and these have had an effect on my muscle growth and strength. No ill or side effects to report. I dont think I would take long term but for summer prep before hitting the pool or beach holiday they are worth a punt.
